Macarons are sweet desserts which can also be a perfect breakfast for you. The colorful and tasty macarons will make your kids happy. Macarons are made with egg white, almond powder, icing sugar, granulated sugar, and food coloring.

Take powdered sugar, a little bit of salt and almond flour in a blender and process it in slow speed. Put the mixture into a large bowl. Take another bowl, beat egg white and half teaspoon salt with an electric mixer. Add some granulated sugar in it. Beat the mixture for a while. Add vanilla and beat it again. Now add your favorite food coloring and beat it until it mixes uniformly.

Shift 1/3 of the almond mixture to the beaten egg white and use a spatula to fold it gently. Fold it continuously until you are can make an infinity type figure while holding the spatula up. Now, transfer all your macarons batter into a piping bag which should have a round nip. Take the batter and place 4 dots, one dot at each side of the baking sheet. Place a parchment paper over it.

Pipe the mixture on the paper with a 3-cm circle.

Tap the sheet on a flat surface a few times for releasing all air bubbles. Leave the macarons at the room temperature for an hour. Preheat your over to 150-degrees and then bake the macarons for exact 17 minutes. Make sure the macarons should not stick to the parchment paper. Then transfer the macarons into a wire rack for cooling. Make some butter-cream and spread it on the top of your macarons. Finally, put the macarons into an airtight container for 1 day and now your macarons are ready to sup!


The croissant is butter and flaky French pastry which is prepared by layered yeast-leavened dough. The dough of croissant has multiple layers with butter which are folded and rolled into sheets for many times. Prepare the dough from flour, butter, salt, sugar, yeast, and milk. Put the dough into a big plate. Prepare a butter layer and put it inside the dough. Now roll the dough to another plate and fold it back together. Continue this for 2-3 times, now shape your croissants and bake. Your croissants are ready to eat!

Crème Brulee

Crème Brulee or Trinity cream is prepared with a custard base and caramel on the top. You need heavy crème, vanilla, egg yolk, sugar for making crème Brulee. Heat the crème and salt on a stove and add some vanilla in it. Beat egg yolks and sugar together. Temper the egg yolk mixture slowly with some warm heavy crème. Pour it in to bake and ramekins. Place it in a cool and dry place for a whole night, and the next morning you can have tasty crème Brulee with your coffee!!
