NetArticles.org "Hereafter referred to as NetArticles"

Please read and agree to the following terms very carefully before accessing or using this site. We've tried to keep them as short and simple as possible so they would be easy to understand and follow. All terms and conditions established in this agreement are accepted at the time you use/register your account. NetArticles reserves the right to update this agreement without prior notification to its members. When changes are made to the Terms of Service, a notification will be provided via email or on the NetArticles homepage. Any use of NetArticles after the notification is posted establishes your agreement with the Terms of Service. If at any point you do not agree with the Terms of Service, you must not register or use NetArticles website or its services.

Description of Service:
NetArticles is a free article directory which provides its members "Hereafter referred as User" to publish/reprint any article from our site in your ezine, website, blog, forum, RSS feed or print publication.

Eligibility:
All Users must be at least 13 years of age, and if you are under 18 years of age you have to obtained your parents consent for your participation in using of NetArticles website or its services, Users are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise charging others to view any article(s) you reprint from our directory.

Publishers & Webmasters Guidelines:

• Entire article(s) must be published as it is with no changes.
• Article(s) must be published with the "full resource box or SIG line" and any applicable copyright information included.
• Do not change the Title or Content of the article in any way.
• All links must remain Active/Linkable with no syntax changes.
• Article(s) cannot be used for spamming or in spam communications.
• Agree to include the article source credit below each article reprinted with the link active.

• Any use of Site Scrapers, Bots, Article Crawlers, or other automated methods/scripts to mine the article content of NetArticles are expressly forbidden unless permission has been specifically granted by NetArticles. If unauthorized requests are detected access to articles will be blocked.

Submitter/Author's Guidelines:

• Article submissions to NetArticles are free and are reviewed manually by editor/stuff member of NetArticles and it takes roughly 1-2 business days.
• Most times any article you submit will be searchable by, and available to, visitors same day it is submitted.
• Before submitting an article, please search our database by author name or article title to ensure your articles have not already been added by someone else.
• We strongly recommend that you do not submit articles that are not your own unless the author has given you permission to do so. Submit your article to one category only.
• Submissions to multiple categories are automatically removed on a daily basis.
• Article submissions that are commercial or advertorial in content will be removed from the database. NetArticles is a free-content directory not a forum/blog for advertising commercial products, services or programs.
• Submissions which are less than 100 words in terms of content will be removed from the database. Long scrappy articles may also be removed if they contain no useful content and are not related to the topic.
• Any summarised submissions that consist of a few lines of text with a link pointing to another site where the actual article supposedly resides will be removed.
• Article submissions that are plagiarized or in violation of another author's copyright will be removed. Read the section below for more information on our copyright policy.

Note: NetArticles reserves the right to remove any article or articles for any reason with or without notice or explanation. In cases where the above or other guidelines are severely abused, so-called authors will be banned.

Article Criteria:
Article submissions are subject to length restrictions as stated below:
Title: maximum 175 characters.
Article Body: maximum of 20,000 characters or roughly 3,000 words.
About Author: 255 characters or roughly 50 words.

Article Formatting and Links:
We strongly recommend that authors should use basic text editors i.e. "Notepad" for copy and paste of articles. Following this suggestion will ensure basic formatting will be properly handled by our text editor. Copying and pasting directy from applications like MS Word may result into formatting problems causing articles to appear differently from the way they were submitted.
Use of HTML should be minimal and we suggest html tags only be used for creating live links to sites, services or products. Most of the tags are found in the submission text editor only and can be used for formatting your submission.

Copyright and Violations:
NetArticles's policy prohibits the use of copyrighted material in a manner that violates the copyright owner's rights.
Publishers: are required to use article content obtained from NetArticles without changes or modification. Publishers who violates copyright law are legally liable and subject to possible prosecution as per law.
Submitter/Authors: Should submit only their own original written content to which they have natural copyright. In cases where copyright is disputed (usually as a result of plagiarism or unauthorized copying), articles will be immediately removed without recourse or discussion, regardless of the arguments presented by the disputing parties.

Indemnification:
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify NetArticles, its affiliates, agents and all members from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.

The articles on this Web site are provided for information purposes only and for redistribution as outlined in our guidelines. NetArticles.org does not accept any responsibility or liability for the use or misuse of the article content on this site or reliance by any person on the site's contents. This Terms of Service agreement is a valid legal agreement between the User and NetArticles. By using NetArticles website or its services you agree that you are bound to all stipulations found in this agreement and that you have read and understood all terms and conditions listed.
