Hans Wilsdor was born in Bavarian in 1881. In 1905, he together with an Englishman named Davis set up the company-W&D specializing in clocks and watches of all sorts. Wilsdor registered the trademark-Rolex in Swiss on July 2th, 1908 when the timepiece industry welcomed another legendary luxury brand as well as one landmark innovation after another.
